"4. Also recognizes that, despite intolerance and conflicts that are creating a divide across countries and regions and constitute a growing threat to peaceful relations among nations, all cultures, religions and civilizations share a common set  of universal values and can all contribute to the enrichment of humankind;"
Resolution adopted by the General Assembly on 20 December 200661/221. Promotion of interreligious and intercultural dialogue, understanding and cooperation for peace

If indeed "a common set  of universal values" actually existed which were the core overriding components of every culture's codex there would be a drift towards a universal culture of peace, there is no drift just public stated aspiration in direct contradiction of reality, as cultures reposition themselves utilising such a paradigm commitment as part of a dissimulation strategy to prevent/deter Other cultures responding to negate - remove the culture from social/political/geographic space so as prevent the cultures continuance of the same behavior.

"Participating in a general debate on "Culture of Peace" at the United Nations on Friday, India again aggressively flagged its concern over Pakistan continuing to be a safe haven for terrorists and terror outfits, and criticised Islamabad for using terrorism as a tool of state policy.

"A culture of peace, not only symbolises peace in the larger context, but in terms of inter-State ties is also a value built on good neighbourliness, mutual respect and non-interference. It is ironic, that our neighbour, Pakistan, well-known for providing safe havens to terrorists and using terrorism as a tool of state policy, has used this platform to yet again covet Indian territory, cloaking its designs in the garb of concern for justice and self-determination," he added."

"Kuhn’s View of Scientific Theories
In his 1962 book The Structure of Scientific Revolutions, Thomas Kuhn notes that when we think of the archetype of the scientist, the people who come to mind are Newton, Darwin, and Einstein. But science as it is done on a daily basis by working scientists is not at all like what those towering figures did. Newton, Darwin, and Einstein are revolutionary scientists whose work is different in kind from what Kuhn calls “normal science.” Normal science is quite the opposite of revolutionary.

Normal scientists work within what Kuhn calls a paradigm. Paradigms are powerful they give us the definition of our scientific terms, that is they tell us what we need to believe are the basic elements of reality. Paradigms tell us what counts as a legitimate question, what tools we can use to answer those questions and what counts as a legitimate answer. Normal science occurs when someone takes a question deemed meaningful by the paradigm uses the tools prescribed by the paradigm to find an acceptable answer within the paradigm. The solution is then published in a journal whose editors and referees are senior members of the community dependent upon the paradigm, indeed whose most powerful members are senior people who helped establish the paradigm. That publication can get one recognised in the community, it can help you get tenure at your institution and help you keep your job, if you want to feed your children you need to play according to the rules dictated by the paradigm and enforced by the community.

Scientists do not question the paradigm. They teach their students how to act according to it, and challenging it is considered a challenge to rationality itself. Rationality, Kuhn argues, exists only within the paradigm. Because the paradigms tells us what is real and how it works, to question the paradigm is to question the structure of the world itself, according to those within the paradigm that leads to nonsense, to think about the paradigm rather than through the paradigm is not to engage in science but philosophy.

The parody of the Western educational institutions
'unasked question' which is in essence all possible questions allowed within the limits of the paradigm itself which only seek to shore up and protect the paradigm walls and the income-resources  of those patrolling the paradigms ramparts, sleeping soundly in its keep, against questioning of the assumptions underpinning the validity of the paradigm itself.

It is therefore the
'not to be asked question' which is now 'more important than ever', or as non-New York Times-logic would determine 'as important as it ever was' rather than a fastened 'truth' as determined by the New York Times and the like minded, a 'truth' which is increasingly enforced via classical demonising with vigor within our social/political learning institutions thereby in time becoming reality, the 'truth' despite what we see before us as significant evidence to the contrary. Upon consuming a Christian self-flagellation classical demonising fabricated metaphysic of Western colonialism, neocolonialism, neoliberalism, populism, creates fixated intellectual sea squirt pedants with tenure generating more of the same to present other cultures with a doormat culture intent on being worn down and thrown out with historic trash.

Meanwhile:

The "Outplayed: Regaining Strategic Initiative in the Gray Zone" report sponsored by the Army Capabilities Integration Center in Coordination with Joint Staff J-39/Strategic Multi-Layer Assessment Branch reveals the reality which has led inexorably to WWI, WWII, and the destruction of the Greek/Roman pagan culture by the Christian culture "profound and paralyzing risk-confusion" regards enemy cultures utilising "combinations of influence, intimidation, coercion, and aggression. At the same time,.. exploiting, free-riding on, or are propelled by the generalized erosion or outright failure of traditional political authority." the same elite philosophy driven policy of appeasement of enemy cultures, determining well constructed argument under a Western rational model will surely convince internal cultures tearing societies apart and external cultures battering Western democratic walls to accept the obvious benefits of the Western Worldview.

It is demanded of Western citizens to simply 'grow' with Muslim derived systemic terror-genocide in a "confident manner". Politicians and the intellectual elite redefining terror as a generic crime not the inter-cultural war it is and always has been with the usual Other apologists with the best of intentions determining the destruction of their own culture.

These young men knew all they needed to know "mere social category knowledge, acquired from the direct experience" ,"merely from observation" to claim anyone is not across the whole of a cultural codex content and therefore not a real adherent is simply a denial of reality, the young or old men educated or not, in professional positions or not were acting upon clearly identifiable Islamic text demanding they become altruists whose collectivism motivation derives from Islamic religion precepts demanding they abide by the "the ultimate goal of this increasing the welfare of a group or collective" "in terms of justice and injustice rather than in terms of piety and spirituality,”

"Culture, of course, is related to violence in general and not only to structural violence. For example, culture influences the determination of "thresholds" which pressure on a person must overcome in order to move that person from being controllable, or even positive, to being negative (that is, into violence)." A basic understanding "mere social category knowledge" is all anyone needs for the socialisation of a culture makes it explicitly clear very early what is required otherwise these Muslims would never have gone to Syria to be mass murderers, rapists. Religions are not only descriptive sources of definitions of piety and spiritually they are also the source of categorisation of the 'true path' and categories of out-groups and how to deal with them. One simply has to look at who was involved in the collection of the data and on the UN panel to know the result would erroneously be 'not religion'.

"Without the ceaseless pulsating heartbeat of our categorization engine, we would understand nothing around us, could not reason in any form whatever, could not communicate to anyone else, and would have no basis on which to take any action.

The UN report itself goes on to determine the Islamic/Muslim cultural networks are the main influence upon enabling a person's move to an prosocial altruistic state as defined by the Islamic/Muslim culture which as research has already determined cannot occur unless the innate cultural prejudice against Other already exists set at 0-5 years of age exists, this is what is being reinforced and must have Islamic/Muslim cultural justification and authorisation for such a state to exist.

The authors found that would-be jihadis went online to confirm and strengthen ideas that were already taking root, adding: “The internet then played a key role in reinforcing a decision that had in part been taken already.”

Far more important was friendship circles and social networks formed around mosques, prisons, schools, universities, neighbourhoods or the workplace – a conclusion supported by the high number of known British militants who were part of radical networks or left the country with friends and relatives."

“We .. see families not simply as behavioural systems, but as social structures organised around deeply tacit, and in part culturally rooted beliefs about the nature of language and the social world – beliefs that are themselves maintained in significant measure through patterns of familial communication (Applegate and Delia, 1980; Bernstein, 1974; Gecas, 1979; Grotevant, 1989; Lepper, 1983; Levine, 1989)
….
Most significantly, families (and parents within them) play a large role in imparting a logic – parallel to an economic theory, if you will – of how the social system works: of what social knowledge the child needs to acquire and how social knowledge, once acquired, can and should be used.”

..social network hypothesis (Shariff, 2008). According to this hypothesis, it is not religious belief, in particular, that directly increases prosocial behaviour, but the social relationships and social opportunities afforded by religious group membership that facilitates prosocial reality. Our volunteerism data also fit well with this argument: religious individuals volunteer in order to increase social ties within their religious group, and because the social networks in their religious group provide them with the opportunities to help. The social network hypothesis also helps explain research showing that religiousness is related to pro social behaviour only toward other group members (Orbell et al., 1992; Tan & Vogel, 2008; Yinon & Sharon, 1985)"

The Oxford Handbook of prosocial behaviour, 2015

The fact is there are many cultures subject to worse "perceived injustice and discrimination." these cultures do not resort to utilising terror-genocide to redress grievances only specific cultures systemically do so, and therefore must be regarded as a threat wherever they are allowed into a social/political space. A test of such an argument can be found where the culture is dominant rather than Other cultures where Other cultures exist in the minority does the behavior against those determined as Other and the method change?
Also to claim these active participants in Muslim genocide against Other were not motivated by an Islamic/Muslim religious notions of "piety and spirituality" and therefore they were not motivated by real religious precepts is completely erroneous for it ignores the fact religions as with any ideology inform "moral norms", "Shared moral norms indicate what the group considers a good and proper group member. Behaving in line with these moral norms provides a way to secure group respect and inclusion."

As Muslim persons in significant numbers walk from Islamic/Muslim cultural networks, containing Islamic/Muslim "moral guidelines and moral judgements in regulating individual behavior", inform terror-genocide against Other these Islamic/Muslim "moral guidelines and moral judgements in regulating individual behavior" must therefore contain the justification and authorisation for terror-genocide otherwise no such behavior would emanate systemically from the Islamic/Muslim cultural network.

"How we think and feel about ourselves and others also depends on who we are, where we come from, and the groups we want to belong to. Applying this social identity perspective to the psychology of morality clarifies the role of moral guidelines and moral judgements in regulating individual behavior. Shared moral norms indicate what the group considers a good and proper group member. Behaving in line with these moral norms provides a way to secure group respect and inclusion. Thus people’s social identities – which groups they consider relevant to think of themselves and others – form a core aspect of moral judgements guiding moral behavior."

It does not therefore it is the culture which must be removed from a social/political space or denied access to social/political space if the terror against Other is to cease.

"The moral justification and levers of power for these movements, however, were for the most part not couched in political terms, but based on Islamic religious sources of authority and religious principles. By using these levers and appealing to deeply ingrained religious beliefs, the radical leaders succeed in motivating the Islamist terrorist, creating for him a social environment that provides approbation and a religious environment that provides moral and legal sanction for his actions. ...

Therefore, to treat Islamic terrorism as the consequence of political and socioeconomic factors alone would not do justice to the significance of the religious culture in which this phenomenon is rooted and nurtured. In order to comprehend the motivation for these acts and to draw up an effective strategy for a war against terrorism, it is necessary to understand the religious-ideological factors — which are deeply embedded in Islam."

"..in April 2016, President Recep Tayyip Erdogan said during a state visit in Croatia: “My greatest opponent in the bureaucracy has always been the bureaucratic oligarchy. Politicians are only as successful to the degree that they defeat the bureaucratic oligarchy. This I believe.”
To Erdogan, politics isn’t merely a matter of competing with different political parties in a clearly defined public space. It is also a deeper struggle, fought in the bowels of the state, against forces that may or may not be represented in the electoral system. And if governing is a war against vested interest groups, then the constitutional referendum scheduled for Sunday is meant to be the definitive battle.
The proposed system is designed to link all branches of government to the person of the president. Presidential and parliamentary elections would henceforth be held simultaneously, with the president permitted to serve as party bosses. In Turkey, those bosses have the last say over lists of parliament candidates before elections, which means the president could use party discipline to control major factions of parliament. The president would also largely determine the makeup of the Supreme Board of Judges and Prosecutors.
This system, Erdogan said in a recent speech, will “break the back of the bureaucratic oligarchy.”

"JAKARTA — The sight of tens of thousands of Islamists marching through the Indonesian capital this month, demanding that its Christian governor be jailed for blasphemy — some even calling for his death — brought back recurrent fears of “creeping Islamization” in the world’s most populous Muslim-majority nation, where a more tolerant brand of Islam has been the norm.
But analysts here saw something different: a protest that was really about cutthroat, secular-dominated domestic politics, and an attempt to strike a blow at President Joko Widodo.

“If you look at their posters during the demonstration, there is no mention about banning alcohol, banning gay and lesbian groups, nothing like what they normally protest about,” Azyumardi Azra, a prominent Muslim scholar and former rector of the State Islamic University in Jakarta, said of the Nov. 4 protest, which erupted in violence that left hundreds injured and one dead."

"Almost nine years after the assassination of former Lebanese prime minister Rafik Hariri, the trial of his alleged killers has started in The Hague.

The defendants, all members of the powerful militia Hezbollah, are being tried in absentia – the first time this has happened at an international trial since the Nuremberg prosecutions.

The trial at the UN's special tribunal for Lebanon comes as the country continues to reel from instability caused by the 2005 killing and as a combustible political climate cripples the region.

Victims of the attack, which killed Hariri and 22 others and wounded several hundred more, have said they are expecting accountability from the process – a rare thing in Lebanon where assassinations have long been part of the political fabric, with perpetrators rarely caught."

"Egypt’s military rulers on Sunday officially recognized Mohamed Morsi of the Muslim Brotherhood (Freedom and Justice Party) as the winner of Egypt’s first competitive presidential election, handing the Islamists both a symbolic triumph and a potent weapon in their struggle for power against the country’s top generals.
....
He has promised that the prime minister and an advisory council would come from outside the Brotherhood as part of a unity government based on a rebuilt alliance with liberals and other secular activists.
....
At the same time, however, Mr. Morsi has always campaigned not as an individual with a vision of his own but rather as an executor of the Brotherhood’s platform. He was the group’s second-choice nominee, put forward after the disqualification of its leading strategist and most influential leader, Khairat el-Shater. Mr. Morsi, a close friend and protégé of Mr. Shater’s, has vowed to carry out the “renaissance” program that Mr. Shater devised to overhaul Egypt’s ministries.

.....
the Brotherhood adopted a draft party platform that called for barring women and non-Muslims from the presidency, Mr. Morsi was a chief defender of the controversial planks, inside and outside the group. He argued that Islam required the president to be a male Muslim, in part because the head of state should promote the faith.

Since Mr. Mubarak’s ouster, the Brotherhood has jettisoned those proposed restrictions from its platform, but during the campaign Mr. Morsi said that he personally still thought that only a male Muslim should hold the office."

"Khomeini nonetheless reassured his liberal revolutionary compatriots — just months before the revolution, while in Paris exile — that “women [would be] free in the Islamic Republic in the selection of their activities and their future and their clothing.” Much to its retrospective dismay, a sizable chunk of Iran’s liberal intelligentsia — both male and female — lined up behind Khomeini, some even referring to him as an “Iranian Gandhi.” Shortly after consolidating power, however, Khomeini and his disciples swiftly moved to crush opposing views and curtail female social and sartorial freedoms. “Islam doesn’t allow for people to [wear swimsuits] in the sea,” he proclaimed shortly after becoming supreme leader. We “will skin their hide!”

Women who resisted the mandatory veil were met with violence and intimidation, including lyrical taunts of “Ya roosari, ya toosari!” (“Cover your head or be smacked in the head!”). 'The Accidental Guerrilla' - David Kilcullen, 2009

David Kilcullen a maker of continuing accidents, the
'step' as anyone with two working neurons would have realised was those Muslim leaders who turned up to deliver the Ammam Message 9 November 2004, on the initiative of King Abdullah II of Jordan, as subsequent events and prior to 2009 clearly proved (one wonders which planet David Kilcullen was on for it certainly was not earth) had no significant credible or legitimate Islamic/Muslim cultural codex (text and exemplar (messianic) template behavior) to justify and authorise such an edict in opposition to the justification and authorisation of easily identifiable credible and legitimate Islamic/Muslim cultural codex (text and exemplar (messianic) template behavior) to the contrary. Some Muslim leaders are honest enough to reveal such Muslim rationale exists which, has, can and does overwrite what the West and some Muslims determine as in the Ammam Message the 'true' interpretation of Islam. Clearly as terror-genocide continues as it has from the seventh century claiming such a statement as "extremely important" or represents the 'true path' is dangerous delusion given such as these inform policy. The Ammam Message's importance is written in humanities streets as it always has been.

"In a December 2009 cable, leaked by WikiLeaks in 2010, then Secretary of State Hillary Clinton confirmed that Saudi Arabia remained a "critical financial base" for terrorism and that Riyadh "has taken only limited action" to stop the flow of funds to the Taliban and other such groups...

..the kingdom's immense oil wealth has been used to underwrite the export of an extreme, intolerant and violent version of Islam preached by its Wahhabi clerics.

“The terrorist attacks of September 11, 2001, clearly had a significant impact on American society and the American economy. Let us try to tally up the economic damages of the attacks. Physical property damage alone equalled roughly $23 billion. Nearly 3,000 people lost their lives; estimating the value of a statistical life at $5 million adds another $15 billion. There were widespread losses because businesses could not operate as usual; these are harder to assess. Adding up these totals, the direct immediate economic losses attributable to the attacks are almost $70 billion. Insurers bore much of these losses. According to a report by the RAND Corporation, insured losses from the attacks added up to $38 billion, with a little more than half paid by private insurers and most of the rest paid by the federal government. Most of the private insurance companies who paid claims had purchased reinsurance—that is, they bought insurance from secondary insurers in case they had massive concentrated losses.
……
There are increased costs due to military response after the attack. Expenditures on Operation Enduring Freedom (mainly in Afghanistan) totalled about $127 billion by the end of fiscal year 2007.

The weak link between poverty and the propensity for terrorism seems to hold at the individual level, not just the national level. Many observers have pinpointed poverty as an important cause, but economists have found this theory wanting. Alberto Abadie suggests that the risk of terrorism is low in authoritarian regimes and in countries with high levels of political freedom but peaks for countries that are between these stages. Other factors correlated with higher levels of terrorism risk are linguistic fractionalization, mountainous terrain, and tropical jungles. The weak link between poverty and the propensity for terrorism seems to hold at the individual level, not just the national level. There is, in some sense, both a supply of and a demand for terrorism.

Alan Krueger and Jitka Maleckova find that Hezbollah’s terrorists were better educated and less impoverished than the rest of the Lebanese population of a similar age. Efraim Benmelech and Claude Berrebi conclude that older and more educated suicide bombers are assigned by their terror organization to more important targets, are less likely to fail in their missions, and more likely to cause higher casualties. In democracies like the United States, the educational system tends to soften differences between members of different groups; in countries that export terrorism, however, schools often teach hatred and deliberately educate students to become operatives in extremist movements.”

'''Democracy is like a streetcar. When you come to your stop, you get off.'' Erdogan
The Erdogan Experiment, NYT, By DEBORAH SONTAG, MAY 11, 2003

''Before anything else, I'm a Muslim,'' Erdogan said. ''As a Muslim, I try to comply with the requirements of my religion. I have a responsibility to God, who created me, and I try to fulfill that responsibility. But I try now very much to keep this away from my political life, to keep it private.'' Poker-faced, he exhaled. ''A political party cannot have a religion. Only individuals can. Otherwise, you'd be exploiting religion, and religion is so supreme that it cannot be exploited or taken advantage of.''
....
..political Islam became a force in Turkey, and Necmettin Erbakan, a German-educated engineer, emerged as its leader. Erbakan preached a return to religious values
....
his second party, National Salvation, grew steadily more radical and anti-Western, inspired by the Islamic revolution in neighboring Iran.
Erdogan was one of Erbakan's disciples. His political climb began when he was appointed chairman of National Salvation's youth group. Young Erdogan would practice his fiery rhetoric on abandoned ships, facing into the wind as he rehearsed his salutation: ''My sacred brothers whose hearts beat with the excitement of a big future Islamic conquest''
....
In a news conference, he said that his government would not interfere with anyone's way of life, would uphold Turkey's Western-oriented foreign policy, would abide by an International Monetary Fund rescue plan and would continue the battle for admission to the European Union. The Turkish markets soared.
Even then, many distrusted his transformation. ''He's saying all the right things about Europe and moving westward,'' an American diplomat told me, ''but I fear he's like a wolf in sheep's clothing.'' Those who knew him well, though, took him at his word. ''He wanted to change the system, but the system changed him,'' said Rusen Cakir, one of Erdogan's biographers. Alaton said he had no concerns that Erdogan was a closet fundamentalist. ''He came to power partly because he had this religious platform, but he knows it's a dead end. He knows confrontation with the bureaucracy on religion would break him.'' One Turkish lawyer put it to me more cynically: ''He believes in profits, not prophets.''

Devout as a positive concept has to be re-evaluated
Devout as a positive concept has to be re-evaluated by the Australian Defence force as well as our security forces. As being devout in one culture does not I repeat does not have the same behavioural altruistic outcomes for Other cultures, in fact some cultures can and do inform systemic sociopath behaviour against Other cultures regarded as positive-altruistic behaviour by their own secular or religious cultures.

Being devout, significantly for Muslims is not I repeat is not connected to pro-Other altruistic in fact the reverse. Islamic religion-Muslim culture is not a positive for Other cultures the anomalies with this paradigm, which I refer to rightly as the Mincer Paradigm, are so significant historic and current as to determine in a mind open to actual evidence a change in assumptions is urgently required.

Compounding that with the very process which supercharges aggression
Also given prejudice is already heightened for the devout Muslim compounding that with the very process which supercharges aggression, in women free male only environments, a Mosque or similar gatherings which has as its sacred reflection source a terror-genocide construct of Other being acted out exactly as dictated or analogised from it right across the globe before our very eyes, not only once but five times a day reflecting on such ethical-moral constructs is a dangerous act for in time it will deliver terror into whatever Other institution decides to be so idiotic.

On own-side attacks by Muslims have to be sourced from an ethical-moral-behavioural-motivational cultural source utilising not only the categorisation of Other contained in the Quran and exemplar (messianic) template of Mohammad, but crucially a cultural process to reinforce and generate the emotional-cognitive drive to carry out these on-own side attacks. Seriously no one has worked out these all male five prayer gatherings of reinforcement-alignment are not generating, enabling the organizational means and mental force to cross the thresholds required? And you want to build more Mosques your putting our Other soldiers in mortal danger by such idiocy.

"Let not the believers take those who deny the truth for their allies in preference to the believers – since he who does this cuts himself off from God in everything – unless it be to protect yourself against them in this way…" Regarding 3:28, Ibn Kathir, a prominent authority writes, "meaning, except those believers who in some areas or times fear for their safety from the disbelievers. In this case, such believers are allowed to show friendship to the disbelievers outwardly, but never inwardly." He quotes Muhammad's companion, Abu Ad-Darda', who said "we smile in the face of some people although our hearts curse them," and Al-Hasan who said "the Tuqyah is acceptable till the Day of Resurrection."

When compared to the categorisation of Other in Hitler's Mein Kampf one has to reflect on the relative venom, 'Words are dangerous weapons': New South Wales (Australian) Attorney-General Gabrielle Upton, and wonder given the same terror-genocide outcomes why we persist in the Mincer Paradigm.

Hitler's-Nazi categorisation of Other:
"But a Jew can never be rescued from his fixed notions."

Why do some ideological rational systems create a terror-genocide construct of Other?

As a result of having
'cultural values that vary so significantly with those of Other cultures' the culture develops a terror-genocide construct of Other-What happens, what always will happen?

Flawed Justice After a Mob Killed an Afghan Woman, New York Times, by Pulitzer Prize winner ALISSA J. RUBIN, DEC. 26, 2015

Islam construct of Other and the Muslim development process inclusive of the prayer rituals worshiper mob in central Kabul as hundreds watched and filmed by their silent participation killed Farkhunda Malikzada, a 27-year-old Muslim woman falsely accused of burning a Quran, thousands past and to come. We know it to be true but still we allow the Muslim culture with their violent constructs of Other to develop and inform the same increasingly in our Western streets. Even providing the resources and institutions to inform another generation of terror-genocide.

Those arguing for the same Muslim blasphemy paradigm to be be manifest in their own cultures space should reflect on the fate of Farkhunda Malikzada this is what happens when you go down this dangerous road.

"We find that aggression is generally not a maladjusted reaction typical of the socially marginal; instead, aggression is intrinsic to status and escalates with increases in peer status until the pinnacle of the social hierarchy is attained. Over time, individuals at the very bottom and those at the very top of a hierarchy become the least aggressive youth. We also find that aggression is influenced not so much by individual gender differences as by relationships with the other gender and patterns of gender segregation at school. When cross-gender interactions are plentiful, aggression is diminished. Yet these factors are also jointly implicated in peer status: in schools where cross-gender interactions are rare, cross-gender friendships create status distinctions that magnify the consequences of network centrality."

“Norms-shared ideas about proper way to behave-are clearer, more firmly held and easier to enforce the more dense a social network. (If a social network consists of n “nodes”. People, firms or other social units, “density” is the proposition of the possible n(n-1)/2 connections among these nodes that are actually present.). This argument is one of the oldest in social psychology; for instance, see the classical account of Festinger, Schachter and Back (1948). It rests on the fact that the denser the network, the more unique paths along which information, ideas about proper behaviour are more likely to be encountered repeatedly, discussed and fixed; it also renders deviance from resulting norms harder and harder to hide and thus, more likely to be punished.” (Granovetter, 2005)

Australian Defence Force and Security institutions stop putting your employees and fellow citizens in danger utilising dangerous false assumptions which research determines as flawed, as well as goodness sake the actual burning buildings, broken bodies and lives Muslim culture being devout or otherwise continues informing even now in our Australian streets as it has with circumscribed lulls only in certain geographic spaces and times.

How many bloody anomalies and Muslim own-side do you need to change this failed Mincer Paradigm-apparently many more than one. Devotees of chaos theory may be tempted to believe anything is possible but it is only ever at the edges of a system the area remains the same.

Roman-Greek/Byzantine State and Society remember it, have a strategy based upon a short term vision having the enemy culture already attacking you from within and without claiming at the same time they are of your culture and support its continuance, take up positions in your military and security is wisdom or dangerous idiocy.
"By the middle of the fifth century, Christianity was what paganism had been in the late third century: the empire's predominant and official faith – Clearly few contemporaries looked past their personal concerns to see the empires danger."

The Christian apologists for Christianity 64 AD- until they no longer bothered, in the main invariably, we are informed, assured the Roman/Greek culture they had nothing to fear yet at the same time there were a few Christians although defending the Christian faith clearly made no such concession, it was only the 'few' informing terror and they were not real Christians -although at times the 'few' were wearing Christian monk clothing. The formulators of policy in the Roman/Greek world wanting to hold onto their culture should have taken more notice of who?

391 AD:
“Theophilus Patriarch of Alexandria released his monks to attack pagans who had occupied the Serupium, temple to Serapis, centre of an important library and lecture halls the museion, academy of arts and sciences founded in the 3rd century BC by King Ptolemy I. The Monks attacked the pagans, the argument was the pagans were secretly worshiping in underground sanctuaries, and this was against the laws recently passed by the Emperor Theodosius I.

The pagans objected and occupied the Serupium and the museion to protect them and the monks and a large Christian crowds, really a rabble, it would be equivalent to the old mob in the early Roman Empire. They stormed into these buildings smashing the statues, destroying the papyrus scrolls then the fighting spread across the city of Alexandria. Of course the Imperial army did nothing the population was maddened over the issue. They broke in carted off the cult statues to be melted down, they were turned into cookery, they were turned them into liturgical objects, for the use by Christians. Cult statues such as the great phallus of Priapus one of the famous fertility Gods was paraded around and cast into the streets as an absolutely disgusting idol Christians would have nothing to do with.

The result of this attack on the Serupium and museion was that classical Alexandria was essentially destroyed and Christian Alexandria emerged. Scholars and popular writers have viewed this destruction as a turning point, and there is a good reason to do so, the pagans that witnessed it, witnessed this destruction were absolutely intimidated and there are reports of conversions on the spot.

The Christian mob led by the monks destroyed these cult statues, nothing had happened. In addition the entire action although not ordered by the Imperial Government certainly the Emperor Theodosius I approved. And it is the climax to a series of legislation issued by Theodosius I who came to the throne in 379 AD who would forever ban the pagan sacrifices and also impose unity in the Imperial church.  .. The Christians finally destroyed the pagan sanctuaries, where essentially between 391-414 wiped out that elite class that provided the neo-platonic philosophers.”

"The time has come for us to be honest with ourselves and indeed each other." Uhuru Kenyatta, Kenya's president, 2015

"At the end of May, the Public Health Association of Australia (PHAA) called on the Australian Parliament's Joint Standing Committee on Foreign Affairs, Defence and Trade to:

"...include a recommendation in its report that disavows the notion that there is any inherent link between Islam and terrorism... The Committee should condemn any politician who refers divisively (expressly or implied) to any religious or ethnic group for the purpose of political gain."

PHAA Chief Executive Michael Moore said that there is no inherent link between any religion and acts of terror:

"When you look at terrorism and the IRA, I don't think many people blamed Christianity for terrorism when clearly there was an overlay. In fact there's nothing inherent in Christianity that links to terrorism".
Australia: The Madness Continues, Gladstone Institute, by Judith Bergman, July 4, 2017

'Many people did not blame Christianity for terrorism' as the IRA's existence is connected to a specific culture, the British, taking their land and oppressing them, there is a reason why Christianity no longer operates under a blasphemy paradigm which would have led most people who existed prior to the Peace of Westphalia 1648 to believe it must surely be a religious war it was not it was to repel an invader the IRA members just happened to be in the main Catholics. To suggest therefore Christianity a religion have not and can no longer inform terror against Other cultures if the ethical bounds enforced and accepted currently were weakened beggars belief that such ignorance exists.  - See Inventing the Individual, The origins of Western Liberalism, Larry Siedentop, 2014 for a fairly good explanation why 'any people' did not believe the IRA were involved in a religious war. This is not to say one should not be eternally vigilant to make sure the Catholic church or any Christian group takes into their heads they can once again start burning Other cultures at the stake.

I am not an expert and I could be mistaken, religions as we can historically and before us right now can and do deliver terror-genocide via their constructs of Other generated due to their significant values differences than Other cultures they have encountered and therefore create the justification and authorisation for terror-genocide against Other, if this is true I state emphatically PHAA Chief Executive Michael Moore is by his ignorance enabling Muslim religious terror-genocide driven by the Islamic religious construct of Other against his own fellow citizens to continue unchallenged by making such unfounded claims. The mental illness Islamophobia does not exist but clearly pathological altruism is endemic. It appears 391 AD history along with every other segment of time will need to be deleted and replaced with a PHAA Chief Executive Michael Moore version of reality, then of course no more Muslim religious terror-genocide will occur, Peace of Westphalia 1648 it never existed.

We have an ideological rationale system in our midst with a much more virulent terror-genocide construct of Other as well as a highly developed dissimulation codex authorised shield with no escape routes which enabled the Greeks in time to tame the Christian religion, and the Christian religion itself to reform itself away from a deviance paradigm inclusive of terror-genocide.

Pertinently despite David Kilcullen's assurance there exists enough critical mass of centralised Islamic/Muslim elite hierarchy to inform a
"much more powerful and credible" force than a Western dictated alternative to an Islamic/Muslim cultural resolution of Muslim terror-genocide, even the anomalies above let alone others current and historic prove no such Islamic/Muslim centralised authority exists, as within in the Christian(Bishop-Patriarch-Pope-Synod-ecumenical councils)-Secular(Emperor-King-Parliament) combined hierarchies-interests which dealt/deal effectively with "theological and jurisdictional disputes" where "By and large Christians agree with each other on most important issues" able in the end, despite at times bloody conflicts, to agree to disagree regards Monophysitism, personal verses institutional interpretation of theology, celibacy, etc.

The core Christian reason, in complete contrast to Muslims inability, to agree to disagree is the Christian construct of Other, and the acceptance written in the Christian codex of the existence of a social/political power separate to the Christian institutions the secular State with which Christians for the most part accept being subject to. The significant variance of personal interpretation of Christian religious text-patchwork Christians drove the ideas of Liberty, Equality and Fraternity, Democracy, requiring a secular State to exist to protect an ability to define a worldview although inevitably limited by culture you ended up in, there was the increased possibility for the existence of differring views without having you head removed from your shoulders, being blown to bits in cafes, buses, trains, music venues, in public spaces anywhere anytime. The blasphemy construct was thought to be buried but alas we see its body rising once again with the help of our own Western gatekeepers. Islam does not recognise the secular state as a bonafide construct only as a step to the realisation of an Islamic state.

This is simply not stated from a position of being a scaremonger we see this in our own time in Iran, Egypt and now Turkey. The Islamic/Muslim culture is a unitary social/political rational system which determines the secular state to protect diversity ceases to exist, at the very least in the beginning circumscribed and all along the way are lulls then a recommencement of terror and subjugation. We have seen it happen it is happening.

'''Democracy is like a streetcar. When you come to your stop, you get off.'' Erdogan
The Erdogan Experiment, NYT, By DEBORAH SONTAG, MAY 11, 2003

'Words are dangerous weapons' as New South Wales (Australian) Attorney-General Gabrielle Upton states but they can and do represent real impending dangers particularly for those cultures who refuse to read the fine print, and are so caught up in protecting a human fabricated construct which worked fine when 'By and large cultures with no significantly different ethical-beliefs constructs could agree with each other on most important issues' existed in the same space which no longer exists in Western space.

"The findings of the study indicate that citizens (Hofstede and Hofstede (2005)) of Islamic countries share similar cultural values that vary significantly with those of the Western countries."
Conceptualizing the Islamic Personality Model, Abdul Kadir Othman, Muhammad Iskandar Hamzah, Nurhazirah Hashim, Faculty of Business Management, Universiti Teknologi MARA, 42300 Puncak Alam, Selangor, Malaysia

As a result we have bloody piles in our streets with more to come, and terror will come from Other as well, as the gatekeepers continue to refuse to protect grasping onto the failed human fabricated construct as the blood of their citizens swirls around their feet and scarce resources are thrown in increasing amounts in an attempt to cover their complicity and utter failure. Muslim terror-genocide normalised as a simple criminal offence rather than what it has always been a cultural act of war.

Change the Mincer Paradigm to one which in the end will actually stop Muslim terror-genocide in humanities streets rather than continue to manage it into humanities streets, as history proves you enable a culture intent on your demise, giving such a culture continual training by opposing them in the field and not completely removing the architect and builder which provides them with the system rationale-emotional-cognitive motivation to persevere and combined particularly with training in your own defensive processes, strategies and even command control positions is an extremely dangerous act. Think for goodness sake past next week-think centuries.

Hoping like Obama and Blair the Muslim culture will reform itself in time ignores the reality there is no critical mass force of hierarchy to inform such a change, even if it existed they have no overriding Islamic/Muslim codex justification to bring fellow Muslims with them to stop the inter-sect Muslim violence and external violence against Other. Time for honesty in accepting the number of anomalies requires a new paradigm to be created otherwise the Damascus fortressing and Muslim terror-genocide continues with Other cultures as elsewhere alas inevitably responding in kind as we are seeing only the beginnings of now.
